Golden Gate Bridge
It was a bright sunny but not so warm Sunday morning. Really didn't know where to go as SFO was as new a place to me, as it was to Archu. Finally mustered the courage to go to the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a 50 miles drive on 101-N.
I had a new Chrysler Sebring, which barely had 10000 miles on it. It was simply waiting to be driven or rather raced? The drive was awesome and the last leg where we drove through SFO downtown was something which I'd remember for sometime. Not as breathtaking as New York, but this city has a charm of it's own.
Finally we reached the GGB. It's an imposing and breathtaking monolith which makes you stand in awe. On one side is the San Francisco Bay and on the other is the never ending expanse of the deep blue Pacific. It stretches endlessly and you can see it kiss the horizon. The sunset from the hill point was something which I and Archu would remember for a long long time.
